Adam J @APJask

@qdoba how do I get a refund? Waited 40 mins after pickup time for our online order & food was still not ready. The manager refused to cancel the order or provide an update when it would be ready. We left without food. Location in Lexington, MA. App has no way to ask 4 refund

@Citi do you offer sign up bonuses to customers who convert one card to another? Since Barclays transferred AA cards to Citi I don’t need 2 AA cards with you. I thought I could convert an AA to Strata Premier & receive the bonus but I was told no? I haven’t got a bonus in years

@lyft how do you update your maps? You ALWAYS send your drivers to a road that does not exist when picking up at my house. Uber doesn’t do this so it is something with your maps. It causes a 10 min delay every time.

@GordonRamsay currently at the Ramsay Kitchen Boston and it’s a huge mess. No bartender apparently so the drinks are taking ages and when they come they taste completely wrong. Food was actually good but service has been atrocious, unfortunately.

@Grubhub had some of the worst customer service in a while….over an hour and a half since we placed our order and we have to start all over. Worst part is I tried to work with your agents to address it in the first 15 mins of ordering when I was notified of a pending delay

@AmericanAir Replied with more details…

@AmericanAir you didn’t load our bag from DFW to BOS yesterday for our flight, baggage was flown to BOS today and the website of ur third party vendor says “pending pickup” at BOS airport but our AirTag shows its been in South Boston for hours… will we actually get it? PlatPro

@AmericanAir I sent a DM

@NordicTrack @iFit no response??? I guess that is consistent with the lack of customer support I’ve experienced so far

Absolutely terrible customer service, this is the third time replacement parts have been needed on a 2 year old Commercial 1750 treadmill…

@NordicTrack @iFit warranty replacement part ordered 12/19/22 hasn’t shipped, no update & no agents answer the website chat. when I try calling it says closed and to call back during normal business hours. 6:19 pm EST is 4:19pm MST, that’s ur posted normal business hours, yes??

@united you’ve been offering upgrades BOS to IAH for flight (UA226) on 2/19. I’ve tried to book it 6 times today - each time it charges my credit card then the app and website gives me an error saying it can’t be processed. Why offer it on the site if it’s not really available?!

@united

@OstraBoston find it a bit unfortunate that we do the right thing by canceling our reservation tonight due to positive rapid covid tests that were taken this afternoon and still get hit with a $25 cancellation fee.

@Hyatt

@HyattConcierge globalist member here who is still waiting for our suite to be ready at the Park Hyatt New York, check in at 4, still not ready, and no other options for rooms. Manager also unhelpful. Not acceptable for top level loyalty at the “Flagship” property

@panerabread so much for fast casual. Took 40 mins for a salad, half sandwich, and half salad. To go.

@MaunaLaniHI good morning! We are staying at the Four Seasons Hualalai and are wondering if you allow non-guests to visit and dine at the Hā Bar and Grill during lunch? Or any other restaurants on property? Mahalo!

@SonjatMorgan we love us some Sonja. In the city @ParkHyattNY are you back in nyc from DC?

@SuttonBStracke @BravoTV @bonhams1793 Team Sutton all the way!
