@BeccaHayne She is a quality player but a smart list manager is trading JW to maximise young talent, a full rebuild. A smart list manager also isn’t dropping her to reduce market value though

@Cade_Wilsonn @alkaiuf_ Mate I’m a huge saints fan like you are but if forward pressure is your only concern then I don’t think you’re looking at the saints objectively. Trav will never meet top 10 pick value. Can only hope they nail 10 & 16

@nicksplitter I think you’re normally very reasonable and fair with your takes on the Saints but this ain’t it. He has been horrible and taken zero accountability; obviously we have failed off field as well. The saints have become far too insular across the whole organisation

@Stavr04 @RossDuckham I understand mate. I also think we need to be realistic about where we are currently. I hope like hell that we bounce next year but there’s no reason Blakey would come to us. We need some results & Nas to recommit and then we are back in the conversation

@Aboutthosecats @Stavr04 That’s a distorted reality mate. Geelong are competitive no doubt but not winning premierships, 1 in 15 years. You can also pump up your team without ripping on others, you’re not actual a part of the Geelong footy club

@RossDuckham @Stavr04 No mate, not close to realistic. Blakey is an A grader with 5 years left on his deal. Sydney very unlikely to move him but if they do it will be 3 1sts or 2 1sts and a 2nd. Also future 1sts aren’t overly helpful with Tassie coming in.

@champingyon Surely X is working on a development where people can’t claim a bad beat on any 5+ SGM. It’s not a bad beat mate

@JG232_ Why is the Essendon list manager putting their deal out over X? Pick up the phone and call the Saints, how will they ever see it here?

@anthony271061 @stk__itk I don’t think you’re doing anything, you don’t play or work for Geelong football club; when did X become the place where everyone becomes a list management decision maker?

@BeccaHayne The management of both teams lack imagination and in an industry where copycat is king we seem oblivious to what works around the league. We have also failed to see the writing on the wall for women’s sports with huge momentum & served up incompetence. It’s time to act

@lukesssssssss33 @themikeycole Mate what’s your evidence that off the field the men’s side is in good shape? I genuinely wish it was true

@inthemarquis @rohancct I get it, these are all just opinions but objectively around the world leagues with drafts are far more competitive and equalised. The Knights are a bad example as they had countless injuries and upgraded their coach 10x. NRL needs a draft

@BDdot43 As opposed to last nights debacle where in the second biggest game of the year a gambling addict massacred the game?

@Lincolnabe123 @Robert_Tinney Why do people say stuff that is blatantly untrue. Australian law enforces major sporting events are available only on free to air. Not possible to be shown on Netflix nor do they have the rights or interest in buying the rights. In saying that that, 7s picture needs to improve
