@AReatsGB hi Adam. Big fan. In Hatfield Heath, near Stansted Airport, there’s an amazing Thai restaurant called Koko Thai. The chef goes by the name of chef M and has a very friendly manner. Best Thai food I’ve ever had I promise you’ll love it and he’ll make great TV. Thanks
