@AdamMeakins Absolutely - clinicians are the ones with the training and expertise. Too many clinicians - especially GPs are asking patients what they 'want' instead of offering advice about what might help them.
@AdamMeakins I agree patients should be the ones to be in 100% control of their bodies, but that means you educate & give treatment options, which they can refuse & get other opinions, but you don't just ask them what they want & give it to them, esp when it relates to things like opiates
@AdamMeakins Agree, I can’t think of many learning tools out there to help clinicians/students develop these skills?
