Officially diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis on top of cerebral palsy at 35. Weight is at its highest ever at 180lbs too. Time to start my own @DDPYoga rebuild I think…

Gone from the first picture at 142 lbs to the second picture at 166 lbs and I couldn’t be more annoyed with myself. This is what lockdowns, shit mental health and lack of motivation does for you.

It’s a weird feeling to be a peace with death but in my darker days I was comfortable with the thought of dying. Long story short, check on your loved ones. Everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about.💀✌️

Hardly exercised since lockdown. Gained 26lbs. Money is tight, can’t afford a gym membership. No motivation or time to work out. Mental health is going downhill big time. (Who cries watching Thomas the tank engine!). I’m at a low ebb and don’t know what to do…

February 2020 I was 142 lbs having lost 21 lbs with the help of yoga and going to the gym 5 days a week. Then lockdown came. I'm now back up to 161 lbs with zero motivation and not enough time to get back to where is was. Maybe it's time to start Monday? @itstartsmonday

Just seems like there’s not enough time in the day to work out at the minute. How do you find the time between raising and one year old and working a full time job from home?
