Saturday was full-on. Hard to say no to two live @DDPYoga workouts from @BoTDDPYClasses and another from Tom Walent. Sunday *might* be more restful. Might. We'll see... Resting heart rate low 50s yesterday so more than doubled it and didn't make my zones 🤦‍♂️#DDPYworks
