Everyone just focuses on the negative... I've seen people with mental health issues get so much better. I've witness people with addiction get over it. Life can get better if you only push yourself to get better.

I use to wake up and force my self to go back to sleep. Going through depression made me want to stay in bed while I hide away from my pain and problems... I was binge eating for short term pleasure. This is what gambling and depression did to me.

After this #Covid_19 under control can we please turn our attention to the huge suicide crisis we have. No one take this seriously yet 800,000 people die from suicide every year. That’s twice the number from homicide. #SuicidePrevention
