I previously got to say 66. I was so happy. So free. So in control. So productive. So sociable. So liquid. So generous. So honest. And I threw it all away with a relapse, and now I am none of those things. Day 1 starts here.

Hi all. I would like to apologise for absence the last month. I have been absolutely slumped with work and performing the best I have since quitting the worst addition in the world. I am back on Twitter and healthier as ever. 45 days and counting. Hope everyone is well.
Day 16: Staying focused and keeping well I am glad to say. No urges recently, reading a lot each day and really understanding why we ever got into this crazy addiction. I have a question. I am obviously slightly in debt, not crazy though. Do I upgrade my phone and sell it? #1DAAT
Day 13: hope everyone has a great week and continue staying disciplined and focused. Remember why you don’t gamble, look at the evidence in your bank account and remember what’s important in life and keep winning against those urges. #positivevibes #1DAAT
2/2 Day 13: Safe to say I probably haven’t been present at work for close to 6 years but somehow scraped by. Gambling free means you can commit 100% and the rewards will come. I’m excited to find out how good my brain is when focused on the right things. #1DAAT
1/2 - Day 13: absolutely snowed under with work but performing the best I ever have as this is my only focus. I would walk to the nearest bookmaker/have extended toilet breaks to look at bet365 and gamble. #1DAAT
Day 11: it really does put a smile on my face to see the amount of support on here. Absolutely loving it. Recovery is all about rigorous honesty, do not bottle it up anymore. This is the perfect platform to let it out and speak to others. #1DAAT

During my gambling days I used to watch the Bet365 commentary of football matches on my phone! wait for the odds to disappear and hope there was a goal! only for the odds to reappear and no goal! drive me mental! Head in phone all day long! Just realised how rude I must of been!
