@StarbucksUK Not only are most Starbucks messy and untidy with disgusting toilets, they can't ever use clean hand sanitizer! How old is that?

@RenaultUKPR Hi, can you tell me, with the new #newRenaultMaster now that you have reduced the length of the warranty by 25% and also the warranty mileage by 40% will you give ANY guarantee of after sales service, which currently isn't available for 3-4 weeks even for VOR from new?

@askSageUKI Hi Marisa, I look forward to @stevehare 's reply. Clearly he needs to find out what problems his clients are having, can't imagine that a CEO would be happy to put his name to what we receive for our money?

@askSageUKI When is an automated reply to a complaint acceptable. You can't increase your fees when the service and the support just doesn't work! Fix the problems first at least then people may accept your money grabbing! @BBCWatchdog @MoneySavingExp @stephenfry @BFA_UK

@askSageUKI Sorry "No Name" the tweet was for Mr Hare to answer as he "Is honoured to lead.." Sage. If he is doing an ostrich impersonation I suggest he steps down. You can't lead by staring at the sky! @SteveHare

@blair_crump How can you ask customers to accept a 20% subscription increase when the Sage one/ Sage business cloud is completely falling apart? Various bank feeds simply don't work. Support emails take 3 weeks , helplines don't answer within an hour and online chat is dead? Poor

@RenaultRetailUK @RENAULTUK What a joke, been off the road for two weeks, no prospect of s repair. Been told to pay for starter motor which isn't needed, works fine. #poorservice other dealer can't book in a repair until June.

@RenaultRetailUK @renault_uk I'd love to take one home, but would it make it a whole five miles without breaking down? I think I'll get the bus, more likely to get home thanks.

@renault_uk @RenaultRetailUK @LookersGroup Can you please publicly confirm that door handles are meant to fall off Renault Master vans of all ages, and that is completely OK? I can give you over 30 registrations where they do. Please either confirm or deny/lie

@RenaultRetailUK @renault_uk @LookersGroup Hi Leanne, Your dealerships know the issues, but the management teams are happy to give poor service. You don't publish a customer service number anywhere, as you don't give customer service. Why the floor of a 15 month old van has a hole in it, and considered fair wear and tear.

@renault_uk Renault Master van No.1, 18 months old floor/rubber "carpet" worn through letting water onto metal to rust apparently is normal, the floor should only last 18 months. How proud you must be!
