@AirbnbHelp Even if you don’t cancel Airbnb will mistakenly canceled a guest’s reservation and then suspend our listings. Airbnb apologized and I was refunded the cancellation fee yet told I had to wait 5 business days to be reactivated… after being on phone 3 hours.
