⚡ TODAY'S TOPIC: A "SHORT AND INTENSE" CAMPAIGN, AFTER NOVEMBER 3
Yesterday, Trump said it was getting to be decision time. The Wall Street Journal gives a timeline:
→ The US has told several Gulf countries to prepare for a "short and intense" campaign against Iran, after the November 3 midterms.
→ Trump hasn't decided yet. A Patriot battery is leaving Texas, an aircraft carrier arrives in November.

→ In Iran, the Supreme Leader met his security chief to discuss the conditions for ending the war. No deal.

December Brent: $113.88 at Tuesday's close, -1.7%. This morning, after Ras Tanura, it's back up to $115.40, +1.3%.
Why it matters for us: yesterday I told you the next Iran headline could settle it before the Fed. If the WSJ timeline holds, the big risk is pushed past November 3. Tonight, the Fed is in charge.

👀 WHAT I'M WATCHING
Today at 2 PM ET, the Fed. A hold is priced at 93%. The real topic is Warsh at 2:30 PM ET: markets see a December hike at 84%.
If he confirms it, yields and the dollar go up, and BTC has already shown it doesn't like that. If he cools things down, the pressure eases.

What about you, tonight: does Warsh confirm the December hike, or does he cool things down?
BREAKING: The US has told several Gulf Arab countries to be prepared for a "short, intense military campaign" after the US Midterm elections, per WSJ.

⚡ TODAY'S TOPIC: "GETTING TO BE DECISION TIME"
On Monday, the mediation in Tehran went nowhere:
→ Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Turkey met Iran's president. No deal: they "continue the dialogue".
→ Iran answers that the US is "not serious" and confuses negotiation with dictation.
→ Trump, Monday: "it's getting to be decision time". In the evening, at a rally: the ceasefire was "a waste of time".
→ According to CNN, the US military can launch major operations within 96 hours of a Trump order.

December Brent still eases: $115.81 Monday, $114.70 this morning. That contract expires on Friday. After that, we'll follow January, around $110.
Why it matters for us: on Saturday, an evacuation headline is what broke $80,000. Today, Trump keeps both doors open, and BTC stays glued to the level. The next Iran headline could settle it before the Fed does.

→ Meanwhile, Qatari mediators, then Saudi, Turkish and Pakistani officials, are in Tehran.
Brent ended Friday at $116.72, its highest in nearly six months. This morning, it's back to $115.
Why it matters for us: on Saturday, an evacuation headline is what broke $80,000. As long as the war can restart from one Trump message, every weekend is a risk.
