@united @united new crew finally located and we just took off. 7-hour delay on a 5-hour flight. Thank you for your lack of responsiveness. Complaint officially filed with the DOT.

@united my family and i are currently on UA1278, on the plane sitting at the gate because one of the bathroom doors was stuck. Maintenance looks clueless like they have no idea how to even begin fixing the door - we’ve been told a couple of more minutes for the last hour…

@united the legacy continues with UA1278. 1st maintenance issue, deplaned, boarded again, a second maintenance issue, that was fixed - then pilots timed out. We were deplaned again. No end in sight. My family and i were offered a bottle of water and a $15 meal voucher. TRASH.

@united THIRD UPDATE - they fixed the SECOND maintenance issue. But now the pilot timed out. Being given the option to get off the plane, or to rebook tomorrow (that flight is full). No ETA on a pilot.

@united We were supposed to take off at 10:07am. It's now 1:40pm. Second time we've boarded. Second time we just sit at the gate. No end in sight. Are you going to reimburse me for my family vacation @united?

@united We were deplaned, they fixed the bathroom door. We reboarded. Now we’re sitting on the plane again due to A NEW MAINTENANCE ISSUE on the same plane. @united what the hell kind of business do you run?

@united I DM’d you, and you’re claiming that passengers are yelling at crew members - that’s a lie. Everyone has been calm. Now we’re being deplaned with no end in sight. Remind me to never fly with your airline again.

@ChickfilA your organization has terrible policies: made an online breakfast order before the 10:30am cutoff time - drove to the store and waited in line only to be told that my order will not be made because i arrived after the cutoff time. Won’t be eating here anymore!
