RWAs must support; don't let Dog Feeders dominate discourse. Need for LAW to make RWAs PAY for dog bites on premises. (2) Each dog bite means six anti rabies shots = min 6500+ per person. Govt should pay full cost or make new law against feeding strays in colonies. No strays in 10 years
