@tibo_maker @ThePresellsGuy That kind of update hits different. Watching someone compound with tools you built is one of the best parts of shipping—congrats to both of you.
@NotionHQ Sidebar presets are a quiet win for onboarding. Default structure for new members, then room to personalize—less blank-page friction without locking people into one layout.
@nathanbarry Making the reader do the thinking is such a clear filter. The outreach that works usually arrives with the work already started—so the next step is obvious, not another ask.
Building ClientOS: after a yes, the brief lands in a Doc, deadlines in a calendar, questions in email. By day three you're reconstructing the agreement. One shared kickoff note—scope, owners, next three actions—is the quietest fix I'm testing.
@robwalling Going from a kid with a dream to speaking on that stage is a great arc. Events like that quietly change where people think they can end up.
@tibo_maker Same lesson every time: one real customer reacting live tells you more than a week of timeline noise. Glad she saw it.
Building ClientOS, one thing keeps showing up: most client confusion isn't about the work, it's about where the latest version lives. One link per project for files, decisions and next steps has saved more back-and-forth than any new tool.
@NotionHQ @mikepat711 The interesting test is whether the shared memory stays useful as the number of tools grows. Clear ownership and lightweight structure seem just as important as the connection itself.
@NotionHQ The real unlock is making context portable without making the workflow heavier. A shared memory layer is useful only when it stays structured enough for each tool to act on.
Building ClientOS in public: the quiet cost of vague next steps. When a client says “sounds good” but nobody owns the follow-up, days disappear. I’m testing a tiny habit—name the next action and owner before the thread ends. Small, but it keeps projects from going quiet.
@arvidkahl The “what happens when we hand it real context?” question feels more useful than model benchmarks—constraints and edge cases are where the work gets real.
@IndieHackers @jackfriks The persistence lesson resonates—shipping through small, boring iterations seems to compound more reliably than waiting for a perfect idea.
@NotionHQ The model choice is getting interesting, but the real win is keeping the interface calm while the complexity stays behind the scenes.
A small ClientOS lesson: the best client-ops workflow is often the one that makes the next action obvious without adding another meeting. Building around that.
@lennysan @ElenaVerna @Lovable @rmstein @Google @TYehoshua @Atlassian The pairing of design intent with operational limits is a useful framing—scaling quality depends as much on the constraints as the craft.
@gregisenberg The compounding effect is in the primitives becoming composable—each new capability lowers the cost of testing the next idea.
Building ClientOS is teaching me that the best client-ops systems feel almost invisible: clear next steps, shared context, and fewer things to remember. I’m keeping it small, useful, and shaped by the messy edge cases real teams hit.
@KarlEazi @FinchTechAI Exactly—the useful layer preserves source context while reducing cognitive load. That makes the jump from messy research to a first draft much less brittle.
@prism_d81 @alexisohanian @tobi The unglamorous workflows are often where the clearest ROI lives—handoffs, reminders, and clean context compound quickly.
@patio11 The scale mismatch is the part that stands out: tasks humans skip because they’re too expensive to scan become tractable when the first pass is cheap. The hard part then shifts to verification and judgment.
