@The_JamesJordan ...& this is all if you get to speak to someone in the first place! It takes days of constantly calling from 7:59-9am to then be told they have no appts & you need to "ring back tomorrow". I threatened to sue my surgery if I lost my vision & they magically found me a phone appt

@The_JamesJordan Totally agree. I know they try their best, but it's often humiliating and degrading to have to explain a personal, medical issue over the phone - especially to someone medically unqualified to help in anyway. I do think GP Receptionists are very much "too big for their boots"...

@loveholidays first time w/your company & not having a great experience. Private taxi service cost twice what it would to get a taxi from the airport ourselves & the company you used couldn't find us a taxi! We ended up sorting our own transfer & now fighting to get a refund.

@SizzlingPubs not impressed with the service at Brisham Park, Yate. Sat down for ten minutes to be told that we couldn't order food unless we'd booked a table online due to lack of chefs. No notice of this on entering the pub and nothing on the website or app about this.
