@xiao20896430178 Source, yes. Every memo labels where the rent came from: live market data (with the number of comps), HUD Fair Market Rent, or a default. The date isn’t on the memo yet, and that’s a fair ask. Want to send one deal and see a memo?

Today we shipped an AI agent for a real estate client. It reads each incoming deal email, runs the numbers, and sends back a BUY / HOLD / PASS memo. Every email gets processed once, and none get lost. #AIautomation #smallbusiness #realestate

Shipped Socialists v1.6.0 to v1.6.2 this week: Basic and Premium customer plans, hashtags that always fit, and a demo script that walks any buyer through it. Built to sell to small businesses that want AI handling their social posts. #AIautomation #smallbusiness

@PropRavenAI Good question. If the email has no rent, it pulls a live rent estimate from nearby rental comps, then falls back to HUD Fair Market Rent. It doesn’t pull sold comps or after-repair value yet. Happy to talk it through if you want details.

@xiao20896430178 Yes, separately. If it can’t get a real rent from the email, a live lookup or HUD, it won’t call BUY or HOLD. It marks the deal INCOMPLETE and asks for the exact number it needs. Send one real deal and I’ll send you the memo.

Shipped Buy Box Bots v1.6.1: AI agents that screen new listings against an investor's buy box, analyze deals, and draft close plans. Docs cleanup and safer release checks too. Real estate moves fast, so the agents do the grinding. #AIautomation #smallbusiness #realestate

Shipped 3 releases today on a real estate automation build 🚀 ✅ Emails only go to the right business inbox ✅ Bot now yells when a listing pull fails or comes back empty Silent failures are the worst bugs. Not anymore. #AIautomation #smallbusiness #realestate

@AlzaUnit Flagging AI-sounding phrases before handoff is smart. Do you keep a fixed phrase list, or does it learn from what you reject?

Built a 15-agent AI team using structured roles, local data, and autonomous routines. Not a chatbot. Not a hack. A system. 25 years in PM taught me: infrastructure beats intentions every time. This is what I help clients build and we can help you, too.

AI isn’t about better answers anymore. It’s about delegation. Ask → Copy → Paste isn’t leverage. Next wave: AI plans + executes work. But it only works if your business is structured. Messy ops = useless AI Clean workflows = leverage Comment for the ops blueprint.

Just added 3 to my AI team. Now 14 strong. 🔐 Cipher — CISSP security & privacy. Always on. 🏗️ Ren — Solutions architect. MVP-first, secure-by-design. 📚 Iris — Librarian. Keeps the whole operation findable. Everything routes through Larry, my AI Chief of Staff, first.

I just built an 11-person AI team with Claude in one session. Engineer. Coach. Nutritionist. Tax strategist. Real estate expert. Personal assistant. Marketing lead. Fitness trainer. All named. All specialized. All working for me. AI isn't a chatbot anymore. It's a team.

@cyber_razz I just went through hell doing this type of work .. I needed this then!
