I tried to build QuantRE, a real estate investment tool, as a platform. Twice. Ingestion pipelines, a model service, dashboards. It failed. Now it's a team of Grok Bot agents, each with one job: one pulls county records, one reads the market, one runs 3 independent valuation methods, one writes the memo, and one tries to break it before I see it. The only infrastructure left is a database. I've shipped Spin & Dine, Styln and DontPanic with Claude, Codex, Grok and Gemini. Nothing has shifted my thinking like this. The PRD and capability map used to be instructions for an AI to write code. Now they describe the organization itself: which agents exist, what each one owns, and who checks whose work. You don't have to build the platform. You can staff it. @elonmusk @bot
