This came as a pancreas NET& was + in Galium PET. It was solid in the grossing room so everything was fitting... But under the microscope...Those were NOT the typical NE cells. Solid variant of serous cystoadenoma! Better just called SEROUS ADENOMA #GIPath #Pathology
