@claudeai Despite repeated attempts to flag up that I'm being charged for two gift subscriptions I DEFINITELY didn't sign up for, the money has been charged from my account. All I get is auto responses from a bot saying that a human agent needs to resolve it, but then nothing.
@claudeai @AnthropicAI is billing me incorrectly for an annual payment I didn't subscribe to. I've complained repeatedly and only get replies from a bot. My entire chat history has been deleted due to this error. This is not exactly a recommendation for financial services.
@AnthropicAI In terms of impact, what is the effect of my chats being deleted every day due to a billing error on your part, with no human response AT ALL to repeated emails and messages? The impact on my business and peace of mind is considerable.
@AnthropicAI Claude is deleting my chats EVERY DAY due to a billing error on their part. Emails, bot chat - no response from a human being. So much for being a pro user. I guess I'm not important enough for attention. #AIAccountability #CustomerService #UnauthorisedCharge
@AnthropicAI I am a Claude Pro subscriber and my chat history is being deleted daily due to a billing error on your part! There's an unauthorised gift subscription. I've emailed support twice with all attachments and received no human response.
