@patagonia I’d rather you just stand by your claimed environmental credentials and repair the failed seam tape due to poor manufacturing

@patagonia It's not hard. As for 40% discount - why would I want that pray tell?  For a brand that charges a stunning premium for bargain basement poor quality and crows false claims about its environmental responsibility?  I want performance not a brand badge.

@patagonia out to be repaired - it has hardly had any wears at all and certaintly isn't 'built to last' -  it has been very, very poorly manufactured, and if you can repair one small length of seam tape, by its very nature, you can fix it all by just using longer lengths of tape!

You have shown that you don't take any responsibility - it's seam tape for heaven's sake not a torn and shredded slash in the material

No it isn't built to last, and you won't stand behand it when it doesn't last.

@patagonia I would contest that you have broken every brand promise, but here is just a sample of broken promises from your website (there are many more but I don't have the time):

@patagonia Have you read your marketing piffle on your own website and the brand promises you make regarding repairs.?  So, if a little bit of the seam tape had come off, you'd repair it?

@patagonia - which is why I bought in the first place.  I feel betrayed.  You can't repair seams that your poor manufacturing has caused, not my usage, and 'some' delamination - where precisely is the delamination and how will that stop the repair of the seam tape?.

@patagonia and the repair service is anything but what it is claimed to be.  I feel like I am dealing with a second-rate discount manufacturer, not one of the world's leading brands that brays about its care for the environment and its superb repair service

@patagonia Hello Rihard I am really really disappointed with Patagonia and I think you have completely failed in your brand promise. Due to Covid travel restrictions, I have had just 8 weeks of wear out of these trousers - the quality is absolutely appalling ,

@patagonia when I spotted the taped seam failure on the trousers, I checked my shell jacket, bought at the same time. The pull at the hood is hanging on by a thread and I have not t used this feature at all. It’s had so little use, 7 weeks. It’s not much, but I’ve paid a premium

@patagonia. I’m a bit disappointed. I have had just 7 weeks skiing in these shell trousers and all the taped seams, and I mean all, are peeling off. Should I bother to pay the cost to repair them or just by a more performant and durable product instead?

@FullersBrewery Here we go. Which one of these would you choose? Which is the most inviting?I’m no fan of the keg Guinness, but when I’m paying the price of a starter in a restaurant that I would send back because it’s so bad, why should we ale drinkers put up with this. Do something Fuller’s!

@FullersBrewery Here’s the same pint, 20 minutes later, me struggling through it’s lifelessness and dull flat taste. Used to be my go to beer after a spell abroad with much anticipation. It’s a Guiness next and I’m leaving this.
