Just when you thought things couldn't get any cuter. Two female chimpanzees born recently at the #LAZoo are getting lots of attention. Momma Yoshi and babies are doing great. These are the first two chimpanzees born at the LA Zoo in 11 years.(Photo: LA Zoo)

#UPDATE @sbcountysheriff says unfortunately baby Emmanuel Haro's remains were not recovered off the 60 Fwy east of Moreno Valley today. The boy's father, Jake Haro, led investigators there, but nothing was found. 😪

Looks like the search for 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro has ended. Authorities, along with the boy's father Jake Haro -- in cuffs and a jailhouse jumpsuit -- were seen heading off the highway into a remote area. Cadaver dogs on scene as well.

Adelanto, CA- #SBCoFD is on-scene of a large industrial battery on fire. This battery was being tested, comprised on a new combination of materials, and was not a lithium ion battery. Incident command has been established and hazardous materials units are arriving.

#MorenoValley #VistadelLagoHighSchool goes on #lockkdown after student spotted with "gun" on campus. The weapon turned out to be an airsoft gun. @RSO says the student was arrested for battery and displaying an imitation firearm at school & taken to juvenile hall.

Private farewell services for Riverside County Fire Dept. Captain Rebecca "Becky" Marodi were held today in Temecula. Authorities say the veteran firefighter was killed by her wife Feb. 17 in San Diego County. #RIP Captain Marodi.

Police say Ryan Dwayne Turner, 22, was behind the wheel of a car in a Victorville police chase that killed Deputy Hector Cuevas Jr. Police say Turner was also involved a Rialto pursuit that ended in a crash.
