Any chance you can get someone to answer your phone? 6 minutes in and another 29 to wait.... I've been in all morning for a collection and your driver hasn't shown up. An update on timings would have been helpful, but nothing. Not great service at all. @RoyalMail

@UberEats Hi there Ordered food @ 13.54 & with speedy delivery to avoid waiting an hour. Now estimated for 15.30. An hour & a half. Help agents useless. Basically my tough luck. Driver can't speak English. Restaurant had food ready within minutes so it'll be cold. Never again

@easyJet I cancelled a trip on 19 Oct and today spoke with Zee on 07453 417 361 who said I was due a refund. He sent a text with a code but I was reluctant to recite this. Some of the info he had was wrong too. Was this a scam?

@O2 I've been trying all day to speak to a human. Even one typing at me would be progress as opposed to the constant four options the robot understands. I think I've hdd my number cloned and nobody at o2 will speak to me. Any chance soneone can respond?

@HastingsDirect hi there. On 23 December I paid £287.22 for my car insurance to start on 19 January. I don't seem to have any confirmation that I'm covered. Your website is no help and I downloaded your app and it gave me the details of an old pllicy for a car I've now sold.

@mackies_crisps What happened to the lovely thick crisps you made under the Mackies brand? Had a packet of pickled onion and they're thin and oily. Disappointed you seem to have gone down the route of changing what was a superior product to just another run of the mill crisp.

@jet2tweets on a bus from Mijas to the airport & had to ask the driver to stop. We're going round mountain roads, & he can't see a thing. The fan on the window isn't working and he was having to guess where the road was.
