There are many 2 Strike adjustments being made with hitters. Have to find the one that works best for you. Lots of trial and error till perfected.

Hitting is hard.. ➖ We don’t know what’s coming ➖ No more than half a second to recognize and react ➖Have to hit a small ball with a small bat Our training has to resemble the actual difficulties of hitting

In-game hitting is a like taking a test...so shouldn’t you take as many practice tests as possible to ensure we are ready for the actual test? Train in an environment that relates to the actual test

In-game hitting is mostly done from the mind (timing, pitch selection, approach), but some hitting coaches just teach you how to swing....why is that? Any thoughts?
