@FlySWISS This is for lost and found items? My bags are lost at the airport bc I was rerouted off your airline. My bag is tagged still on Swiss. Anyway to check the bags there?

@FlySWISS I have the reference ZRHBA18217. However I have a feeling that since I was rerouted onto the BA flight from Swiss my bags never made to the BA airline. Anyway to get in touch with LHR?

@FlySWISS I reported my bags missing with Zurich but they are lost in London Heathrow I believe at your terminal - that’s why BA can’t find them...

@British_Airways Regardless, my two bags are lost at @londonheathrow and your airline can’t seem to find them. It’s unacceptable and extremely upsetting. I haven’t had any of my belongings for over 72 hours and you seem to be doing nothing to fix this.

@British_Airways Yeah sure Lacey, I’ll believe it when I see it. @londonheathrow why can’t you locate my bag? What if I had diabetes and had meds in there? It’s been 72 hours I’d be FUCKING DEAD!!!!!

@heathrowairport how do you have no idea where my bags are? Seriously? Worst airport ever. No customer service at ALL. Haven’t had any bags for over 48 hours with no emails or calls of any updates. THEWORST

@AmericanAir I have called multiple times and no one can figure out where my bags are... I have status on AA and I’m so disappointed with how this is being handled.
