@TELUS lies to their customers! Called Dec. 19th to switch to $60/month 10GB promo plan. Told me they were "doing updates" but would leave notes on my file to switch over since I phoned in before the promo deadline. Now they won't honour it! LIARS! #telus #liars #falseadvertising

@DHKiefer how does Carb Shock fit in to the Carb Nite diet?
@FitbitSupport no I'm not being assisted. You're forcing me to take the Alta or a %25 discount so you can take more of my hard earned money.
@FitbitSupport so much for "taking care of it". You just couldn't tell me you were going to do nothing about it on Twitter. Worst service.
@FitbitSupport Enabled in settings and already restarted. Alta is junk. It's why I asked to upgrade and pay difference... But you refused.
@FitbitSupport replaced my charge with an Alta. It's garbage. Cheap band. Tap doesn't work well. Won't turn on when I lift my wrist. #Fitbit
@fitbit makes cheap, unreliable products and @FitbitSupport isn't much help with getting them replaced #Fitbit #cheap #poorcustomerservice
@FitbitSupport has no charge model left trying to replace with alta. Why can't I upgrade and pay the dif? #Fitbit #poorcustomerservice (2/2)
DON'T BUY A FITBIT! @FitbitSupport very inconsistent case to case. Reply to emails using scripts. Never actually answers questions. (1/2)

@ScotiabankHelps Why DM you? So I can explain what's happening for the fourth time and still get nothing resolved?
@scotiabank worst service ever. "Escalate" my apple pay issue then never call me back. Maybe I'll take my business elsewhere.

@FitbitSupport DMed and got no response...
@FitbitSupport Charge screen not working. Reset with no success. Still still under warranty. What now?
