An hour and 15 minutes now still sitting on the ramp with engines running because we don’t have a gate. Missed flights, people waiting, burning unnecessary fuel. What a shitshow American Airlines. @AmericanAir

@AmericanAir American Airlines needs to fix their leadership and management at DCA. Sitting on the ramp after landing 35 mins ago because they can’t effectively plan arrival gates. #flySWA

@leslibless He doesn’t know where he is. Nancy, Chucky and the rest of the Cronies running the party have told Joe to hide, just as they’ve told Kamalasaurus to avoid the press.

@realDonaldTrump Focus on your policies and what YOU will do. Whining is how you lose to the worst possible candidate in the history of American politics

@AmericanAir your gate agents and customer Service people at DCA are rude and not helpful. Either hold them accountable or expect backlash from customers. Your ground crews at PHL are slow, make mistakes and cause delays. Hold them accountable or expect backlash from customers

@AmericanAir @ballen_clt Not likely. @AmericanAir has some of the worst customer service in the industry. My current trip has been riddled with delays, lies, excuses and dog$hit customer service that’s been flat out rude. Get ready for a lawsuit AA. You don’t provide the service you take $$$ for.
