🟣 Exercise can leave you sensory overwhelmed due to the breathlessness, racing heart, and other body sensations it generates. It reminds me of the symptoms of a panic attack and will make my panic
When you don't you are Autistic or Sensory Sensitive, you are unaware of why you are feeling so rubbish, you don't realise its the lighting, the feeling of sweat trickling down your body or the internal symptoms that are triggering your distress. It increases the fear not knowing

Year 5 today have started their puzzles made from wood. They have to cut the frame for the puzzle from soft wood, using coping saws or gentleman saws... measuring accurately first. Great job, Year 5.
Key Stage 2 had their last PEDSSA league night at Poole High School yesterday. At the end of the night, West Moors finished 3rd and qualified to represent East Dorset! The team showed great resilience and determination through out the whole tournament. Well Done Girls!
