Horrible traffic jam! Mumbai to Pune expressway is fully jammed right from Khalapur food mall for the entire 20-30km through the ghats, almost till Lonavala. Never seen it so bad! If you’re heading towards Pune, do yourself a favour and turn back.

Strange things at IKEA, RCITY mall, Mumbai. The entry gate follows ‘entry/exit’ systems as one sees in Europe/US while inside the store, they follow what one sees in India for escalators. The customers are treated rudely at entry. Very irresponsible attitude.

Tweet 2/2: I am a hard core Delhite and have spent 38+ years in auto industry. Hence I know the worsening graph of Delhi traffic from the core of my heart. Nearby city, Chandigarh, is much better. If CHD can do it, why can’t we? Just a practical view and a concern from my side

Tweet 1/2: Spent 7 days in Delhi. Traffic road discipline is worse than Mumbai. E Rickshaws are a nightmare and no police wala stops them. So many more jump the signal. The infrastructure has improved but traffic sense and discipline has worsened in Delhi…Continued to Tweet 2/2

Watching awful performance of Indian team in the T20 match against NZ now. More than the irritation of watching bad performance is the frequency of advertisements I am observing now (as if the match will get over soon). Is money/ad revenue more important than viewers’ interest?

As we say good bye to 2020, let’s not say it was a bad year. It thought us so much. Let’s say it was a learning year. Let’s welcome 2021 with more energy and love for each other. At least I learnt patience & perseverance and also to be health conscious. May God bless all.

37 years ago, when I was in Maruti Udyog, the first Maruti 800 was delivered by the then PM to Mr. Harpal Singh. The Pre delivery Inspection was done by me and my colleagues. That day is still fresh in mind. It revolutionised the car industry for ever. Quite a nostalgic feeling.

For ‘ Autocar Professional’- I appreciate their sending all previous 7 issues by post. Although some other magazines have sent me their soft copy but a hard copy is special and ‘AutoCar Professional’ needs a special mention for what they have done. Kudos Sumantra Barooah & team.

Our society had a perennial problem of Tata Sky TV stoppage in rains. I spoke to senior officials of Tata Sky who, within few hours, fixed the problem. As I always maintain, an ‘excellent Service’ always helps promote any product. Kudos to Tata Sky...

Had gone to my local cooking gas agency today for returning the cylinders. What an excellent Service experience. The cash was given in hand and the required certificate generated in record 10 mins. Kudos to Liberty gas agency, Vikhroli, Mumbai, the HPCL dealer. Kudos HPCL team

Became member of AIR INDIA Flying Returns prog 2 days ago after 1 hour on web. It’s almost impossible to web check in on AI site. Almost Impossible to even buy seat. Took 15 mins on Call centre to block seat, only to be told at counter that seat has been changed. Our Air India.!!
