@FortniteGame sort your stupid sbmm out in pub games. I’m sick of running into the sweatiest of players every single game. Never have mats because every fight players all just wanna build the burj Khalifa. Literally boring now

@virginmedia Here you are yet again not facing responsibility for your hardware. I mean it’s pretty pointless when I’m paying for 200mbps and I get 0.12mbps when I run a speed test.

@virginmedia Yes however it’s still not good enough. Why am I paying for the “best, fastest & smartest” wifi yet can’t even use it anywhere in my household?

@virginmedia First one was made in July as I had no wifi at all for the first month. Second one was made last month as having the same issue along with the shocking customer service

@virginmedia Yes I’ve already got 2 ongoing complaints. I’ve been on the phone to a “tech geek” for hours and still no understanding of what the problem is or any resolution for that matter. I’ve had no wifi for 3 weeks

@virginmedia I’ve been on the phone to them several times for hours long with no resolution. I’ve been hung up on by advisors, I’ve had managers say they will call back but never do. I’ve had an engineer out and even he didn’t know why it wasn’t working. It’s ridiculous now

@virginmedia Yes I’ve already tried but it will only work with the wifi in the room the router is in, if I leave that room the wifi goes off. I have 2 boosters in my house aswell and they make no difference whatsoever.
