Excited to see the results for the Porcupine Bank! The only 3D structures like this that I've seen used in Ireland have been artificial rockpools, never anything this far or at this depth.

I can only assume that after coming across this scene (frog died trying to eat #spider, who managed a bite while being chomped, killing the frog?) a smaller spider scored a home and an absolutely epic meal inside the frog's mouth. Wild. #arachnology

Flapper Skate were once common in NI, infact Strangford Lough was famous for its skate fishing in the 70s. Sadly due to overfishing their populations have drastically declined and they are now close to extinction. #sharksnearme #sharkscience #sharktagging

Heartbroken to find tallaghts wetlands completely destroyed today. This was a vibrant multilayered ecosystem, home to protected Newts, Frogs, Bats & critically endangered European eels. @sdublincoco assured us this area & inhabitants would be protected. Environmental vandalism.
