EU introduced NI backstop knowing it would put a deal out of the question. The "games" started a long time ago. EU had no intention of agreeing a deal. UK goes so does Italy Spain, Greece and many more. Leaving W EU dancing to German and French tunes

We hear that many legals have been deeply shocked at the willingness of juries to convict on the basis of a highly unlikely story with no corroboration or evidence other than one person's word. "It was a unanimous jury decision" claim some. I realise this means nothing.

Just a thought then, instead of going to the CCRC maybe if new evidence is obtained the clearly shows the complainant has lied a formal complaint of perjury should be made with evidence. Sadly, I tried this and got blocked by Lancs police. Bastards.

The biggest obvious problem is, if it was available to counsel at trial it's not new evidence and we know how much lawyers dont like "ineffective defence" it pisses their mates off in other firms.
