I kept my passes from KQ flights 202 and 203 to and fro Mumbai on 15/16 October 2025. I couldn’t tell you what the toughest part of the day was, receiving the news in the morning or taking that flight to Mumbai. But I digress. I want to say Ahsante sana to some key people who made everything possible in very difficult circumstances. 1. The Indian High Commission in Nairobi and the Indian Government. I don’t know how many rules of international travel were bent to make that flight happen. Ahsante sana. 2. @KenyaAirways management and the flight crew led by Capt. Saviemaria Ondego. Absolute class. Bwana on the way back we thought our tears had dried then she hit us with that call change to RAO001 when we entered our airspace. Wacha tu. God bless. 3. The regular passengers on those two flights. Many were bumped off. Heavy seat changes to accommodate the delegation. Long delays especially on flight 202. Many had no idea what was happening until we were airbone and the captain made the announcement. Apologies for the inconveniences on that day, but you were very gracious. God bless. 4. The @kdfinfo . Bwana for the honor extended to Baba, we his people will forever be grateful. Salute🫡

Good to meet President @WilliamsRuto at #UNGA. I strongly support his work as the AU Champion for Local Manufacturing of Medical Products. Africa must produce more of the medicines and health technologies we need. I also raised the continuing persecution of Dr @kizzabesigye1. He was abducted in Nairobi in November 2024, forcibly taken to Uganda and has remained in detention since. President @KagutaMuseveni cannot wash his hands of an abduction that ended with his political opponent before a Ugandan military court and, nearly two years later, still in prison. African leaders must speak out against abduction and political persecution, and for respect for human rights and the rule of law.

I have just learnt that Senator Cyrus Jirongo passed away last December in a motor accident. I was not aware that he had died. This is very sad. Jirongo was a good and patriotic leader who served his country with dedication. We shall miss him. My condolences go to his family, relatives, friends and the people of Kenya. May his soul rest in peace.

Museveni exposes the corruption in Ruto's G-G oil importation, how it was flawed with middlemen. He summons his experts who state the figures Uganda was robbed thinking it was dealing with the Kenyan government when they were just middlemen.

@ahmednasirlaw This is a new dispensation and your perspective on voting is valid. Most parts of Kenya especially Kisii, Mt. Kenya and parts of western vote with their heads. Northern Kenya vote with camels. Luo nyanza is open field. They will test freedom for the first time since independence
