This Morning at Ground Zero, Hero Terry Strada Shamed Leaders That Chose Saudi Arabia Over the Dead After she read the name of her husband Tom - killed in the North Tower when Flight 11 hit Cantor Fitzgerald - she went off-script in front of the politicians who have spent 25 years protecting an Islamic terror pipeline. “How can it be 25 years and still we have no justice for the role that Saudi Arabia played in your murder?” She said the Kingdom fomented a rancid culture of anti-American terrorism around the globe, then sent its agents to support the Islamic hijackers so they could attack her husband and 2,976 others. She said administration after administration, including the leaders standing there today, chose the Saudis over the families. Withheld evidence. Broke promises. One betrayal after another. Then she told them to tell the Saudis to stop lying if they want to be friends with the United States. That last line is the first mistake. They will NEVEr be our friends. Islam is not a friendship doctrine toward non-Muslim nations. Muhammad’s commands toward unbelievers are not vague. They are explicit: fight those who do not believe, until they submit, pay, or convert. That is the text. That is the tradition. Pretending otherwise is how 2,977 Americans died and how 25 years of official silence followed. If America wants to do a business transaction - fine. Oil. Bases. Intelligence. Deals. Our politicians and business leaders need to CALL IT WHAT IT IS! Stop selling the American people a fairy tale that the House of Saud, Islamic terror export machines, and the creed they bankrolled are “partners” who merely had a few bad apples. Here is what most Americans still have not been told. Fifteen of the 19 hijackers were Saudi. The first two to arrive, Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Mihdhar, landed in Los Angeles in January 2000, speaking almost no English and knowing almost no one. Within weeks they had an apartment, bank accounts, English classes, and flight-school contacts. That is not by random chance. That is infrastructure. The men who built it were Omar al-Bayoumi, a Saudi intelligence cooptee paid through Ambassador Prince Bandar’s channel, and Fahad al-Thumairy, a Saudi diplomat and imam at the Saudi-funded King Fahd Mosque in Culver City. Bayoumi co-signed their lease, paid the deposit, and threw them a welcome gathering. Thumairy received them and arranged the meetings. Phone records tied the two officials together. An FBI assessment later put the chance Bayoumi had advanced knowledge at 50/50. British police raided Bayoumi’s home days after 9/11. They found a 1999 video of him casing the U.S. Capitol, calling it “the most important building” and the people there “demons,” plus a notebook with an airplane sketch and the math for hitting a ground target. A federal judge said that drawing “facially connects” him to knowledge of the attacks. They used the King Fahd Mosque - which is still open today - built with Saudi royal money. Then they moved to San Diego. They attended Masjid Al-Ribat, where Anwar al-Awlaki, later a senior al-Qaeda leader, was imam. Mosque members helped with rides, language, and flight schools. They also used the Islamic Center of San Diego. They prayed there. Members helped them find an apartment through mosque ads, get Social Security numbers and driver’s licenses, buy a car, and move money. Bayoumi operated across that whole San Diego mosque network, including help standing up another mosque in El Cajon. Princess Haifa, wife of the Saudi ambassador, sent regular checks that reached people living next to the hijackers. The 28 pages documented the money and the contacts. Officials treated it as an embarrassment, not a lead. This sat inside a much larger machine: tens of billions in Saudi funding over decades for mosques, schools, and “propagators” spreading a militant reading of Islam worldwide. That ideology did not appear from nowhere. It came from texts, preachers, and a state that spent a generation exporting it. In August 2025 a federal judge ruled the evidence creates a "high probability" the Kingdom employed Bayoumi and Thumairy to assist the hijackers. (WHAT MORE EVIDENCE DO THEY NEED - STOP TORTURING THESE FAMILIES) The families’ lawsuit is still being fought in court today, while leaders stand at Ground Zero and say nothing. WHY!? Terry Strada said it to their faces. The rest of the country still will not. Stand with the families. Release everything. Demand accountability. Saudi Arabia is not our friend. Islam, as commanded in its foundational sources, is not a friendship pact with non-believers. Do business if you must. Stop lying about what the doctrine says and what the record shows.

To you, it's just a Cracker Barrel parking lot. To me, it's where I gave my life to Jesus Christ. I was 21 years old. I was working at the Cracker Barrel in Tallahassee after some of the worst years of my life. I'd made mistakes. Real ones. I grew up in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, raised by a mom who worked hard and didn't accept excuses. But I made decisions that should have ended my story before it ever really started. By the grace of God, they didn't. But every day, I was carrying them. One afternoon, a church group came into the restaurant, just back from a revival. I served them their meals like I served any other table. But something happened while I was serving them. I can't fully explain it to you. The Lord spoke to me. He said, “Stop running from Me.” It knocked me back. I went to find the table, and they were all gone. I could see through their windows that they were getting on their bus, and I knew deep down that if I let them drive away, I was going to keep running. So I went outside. The last woman, just as she was stepping onto the bus, turned to me and asked, “Are you okay?” I told her, “No ma’am, I’m not okay.” I told her the Lord was telling me to stop running. That whole bus emptied out, stood with me in the parking lot of a Cracker Barrel in Tallahassee, Florida, and prayed over me right there. I gave my life to Christ that day. Right there. I still get emotional about it. Because I know what I was before that moment, and I know what He's done since. He gave me a wife who shares my faith. He gave me three sons. He gave me a career, a community, a calling I never would have dared to ask for. He took a kid from Crown Heights who’d run out of chances and gave him a life that doesn't make sense apart from grace. People ask me sometimes why I talk about it. Why I bring up the parking lot. Why I don't just keep that part private and let folks see the polished version. I'll tell you why. Because there's a young man out there right now — maybe in Tallahassee, maybe in Tampa, maybe in Miami, maybe in a small town in the Panhandle — who thinks his story is already over. Who thinks the mistakes he's made disqualify him from the life he could have had. Who thinks God doesn't want anything to do with somebody like him. I'm here to tell him: that's a lie. In life, you're not who you are at the lowest point. You're who you choose to become after. The Lord met me in a Cracker Barrel parking lot. He'll meet you wherever you are. You just have to stop running.

My thoughts on Trumps comments about USA Women's Hockey Team: 1) If you're mad about this but don't believe women should have a category free of men, you're just an unserious person. 2) not going to lie, I face-palmed when I heard it. I knew exactly how it would be spun. I know his humor, but this one missed the mark IMO. 3) Trump is the reason true women's hockey exists. USA women's hockey has just recently voted to ban men from women's hockey (hasn't instituted it yet). Wouldn't have happened without Trump's EO. There are teams with as many as four men on one USA hockey women's team (Minnesota). How can people claim he doesn't care about women's hockey when his EO is the reason true women's hockey will exist at all? 4) it's unfair to disparage the men's team over taking the phone call, going to SOTU, being proud to be an American, etc. They've been incredibly supportive and congratulatory of the women's team. Jack Hughes said Megan Keller's golden goal in the women's game was his inspiration to do the same. Stop trying to pit them against each other. 5) I wish the women would attend Trump's SOTU address. They were invited just as the men were. I think their attendance would've inspired young girls across the country and been significant for the sport of women's hockey. I hope it really was just a scheduling issue they couldn't be there. 6) in general, there's a group of people so anti-America that they genuinely hate patriotism. They don't want unity. They'll use an inspiring sports story to tear down the man in the Oval Office. Y'all are weird. My heart swells with pride for both the men's and women's team. 6) there is still a ton of work needing to be done to protect women's sports and the threats they face (abusive coaches, NIL, adequate funding & resources, etc). I'll continue to use my contacts and platform to advocate for these things and encourage others to do the same.
