My favorite tools for the gym: 1. Lifting straps - Ensures back or other muscles are the limiting factor & not grip (better growth) 2. Knee Sleeves - Knees always feel great 3. Wrist Wraps - Same as above for wrist + better lifts 4. Belt - Keeps core tight & stabilizes spine

@BowTiedOx If you rely on belts to much you’re neglecting your core. Belts are good for very heavy lifting days but they are over used and make it so lifter don’t utilize their core in the lift.
