We spanned into action using our arms as a metre stick benchmark! 💪📏 In our schoolyard scavenger hunt, we estimated 1 m using 4 natural items (mostly) —then tested our guesses with a metre stick. Two groups got 98 cm… so close! 👏🌿 #MeasuringWithNature #MetreMasters

🎯 Spinning for Snacks! Today’s tasty probability experiment had us spinning with excitement! We tested a fair spinner (1/3 chance for each snack) and then designed unfair spinners to make our favourite snacks more likely to win. We spun, tallied, and crunched the data—yum! 😋

🎲 Probability fun in math! We worked with buddies to colour our own gumball jars and create matching probability statements ("It is certain to pull a blue gumball" or "More likely to pull green than purple"). Then, we swapped with another pair to test our reasoning skills! 🍬🧠

Lights, camera, action! 🎬 We put our tableau talents to work and had a blast writing storyline plans and filming iMovie trailers for what we think Elio is about before our big trip tomorrow! Can’t wait to showcase our creativity and teamwork on the big screen (aka classroom)!
