As gold fell over 2.5% (~$50/oz) in the last two days, the RUB has risen over 10%. It could be that governments and their agencies see the arbitrage I've been writing about - and selling gold to buy RUB. If so, once the RUB floor rises to the current gold price, both should rise.

The most important thing that happened these past two weeks that no bulls noticed, is that commodities and Tech stocks are now 100% correlated for the first time since the Nasdaq peaked: A necessary and sufficient condition for total asset meltdown.

@goldtelegraph Think of it this way. If you want oil or gas and you have to pay for it in rubles but you don’t have any rubles. Only way to get rubles is to buy it from Soviets with gold. That’s a problem for the west. No gold no oil. 3D chess

Kissenger then tied USD to high oil price. It is exactly what Russia is doing today!

@aabid11670695 @dream_charts Russians tied physical Gold to the Ruble at fixed rate. Unfriendly countries will only be able to purchase Gas from Russia via Rubles & Physical Gold. Rubles & Gold are proxies for each other. They will go up together. A revaluation of the Ruble is a revaluation for physical Gold

I was wondering why there were so many breakouts and squats despite gold and silver moving up strongly. Makes sense.
Most miners hesitant today. Opex is Monday and investors are rightfully weary of a rug pull. I’m all in so my ass is along for the ride either way. Let’s get this show on the road.
