@MrPhysicalEd @CrossFit Yes to CrossFit…no other methodology comes close in my opinion and experiences. Mindfulness should stay too!

@LovePhyEd @MrHairPhysEd @candypeguy Yes! I ran 1.1 miles every hour for 24 hours. Definitely a fun challenge and I’d recommend it to anyone. If you can get out the door you can accomplish it. The Goggins challenge encompasses 48 miles and that might be next on my list.

Just had a convo w a former Ss who’s child is now JH age. Says she hates #physed b/c the PACER test & mile affects her grade, which it shouldn’t- this is inappropriate practice. JH Ss feels message is that she is not good enough, yet on swim team. When is this going to stop?

End of trimester task. Take all the weights in the weight room, load them onto a barbell, and lift overhead. When complete we build a throne with the weights. #liftalltheweights #gameofthrones

Fit for Life and Performance Training each reached their goal of lifting 1,000,000 lbs this week. Good lesson in goal setting, programming, and teamwork. #wdppride

Flag Rugby skills on display by PE 9 today. Awesome to see how quickly these Ss caught on to the concepts of the game. Thanks to @GreenBayRugby for donating time to teach our staff last year and for a classroom set of rugby balls as well! #wdppride

Fit for Life came up with the idea of lifting 1,000,000 lbs of weight in a week as a class. Performance Training stepped up to the challenge as well. Deadlifts and a Metcon to start the week! #wdppride #millionpoundchallenge
