@Avis, as a Preferred customer, why is it that each time I rent at ypur BUF location, I have to wait for a car to be pulled around? I see 13 cars sitting in front of me under Preferred signs. Your service is terrible!

So disappointed in you @AmericanAir! As a Gold (nearly platinum) AAdvantage member, I cannot get a response to the 4 emails I have sent re: flight credit I am owed after volunteering to change a flight you overbooked. Can SOMEONE contact me to answer my question?
