Burb @BurbackJeff

@AmericanAir @AmericanAir and I’m not sure why you had me DM you if there was no recourse to assist with the multiple service issues. Marking it up to it will be handled internally provides no help or confidence in the issues being addressed.

@AmericanAir I’m not assured of anything at this point with you. A short while ago there was no way of contacting VIA phone… now you are asking me to call you.

@americanair You’re a billion dollar company .. I am sure you can figure out how to make a call out. If we are doing this via the X platform I will do so in open forum so everyone can see and make their own determination on how incredibly poor @americanair handled this.

@AmericanAir I am completely baffled by your lack of competence with my 13 year old flying unaccompanied on his flight from Cedar Rapids to PHX. The lack of professionalism and customer service of the ticketing counter (Angel) was beyond comprehension.

Just became a Purdue fan for the rest of the year. This Edey kid gets it.

Braden Smith was asked about his turnover when Purdue was down three points. Zach Edey took the mic and said every play is big in a game like this and it's on the entire team.
