@MagnaDing @TansuYegen Couldn't agree more. Someone on the team has to make sure that knowledge actually gets used. Otherwise, even great tools and well-documented knowledge can end up gathering dust.

@serxzsz @fchollet Structured output can be easier to follow. With Markdown, it depends who it's for: a human or an agent? A SKILL.md file, for example, is written to guide an agent. Useful instructions, but not always the easiest read when you come back a week later :)

@socialwithaayan @nrqa__ Haha, sounds like you've already got a head start :) Why not bring that Skills folder into Busabase, along with your go-to agent prompts? You and your teammates can reuse them across devices, so there's less background to explain each time.

@TestedAITools @ai_for_success Exactly. You're handed a task you've never done. Which sounds better? A) Track down colleagues who've done it before. B) Open a playbook the team keeps up to date and get your agent started.

@SaniZahra00 @Damn_coder Yes, that's the idea. Teammates can use the same shared data and files as context to help keep outputs consistent. They can point local agents to that workspace rather than personal folders, keeping unrelated personal information out of the task.

That's an important distinction. Team Insights shows recorded contributions, not whether a deliverable meets the brief. Usually, a teammate either reviews the output with their agent before saving it to Busabase, or submits a Change Request for a reviewer to check against the requirements.

@Rixhabh__ @Damn_coder We don't want teammates overwriting each other's work either. You can require review, and if two people edit the same record, the first merge goes through. The second gets a version-change warning, so their agent can pick up the latest version and rework the update.

@the_dismal_tide @fchollet No. Connecting an agent doesn't automatically capture everything you do. The team chooses which materials enter the shared workspace, with access controls. Insights covers activity recorded in Busabase, not every private chat or local task.🫠

@meiadeleite1569 @fchollet That works too. Busabase also keeps Skills, reusable prompts, and agent outputs—structured data or files—in one shared team workspace, alongside the starting context. Give it a try and see whether it adds anything to your setup :)

@dhruval_ramani @fchollet Across compatible tools, not just one stack. Busabase connects through APIs, CLI tools, and agent Skills, so any agent that can use those interfaces can work with it. You're not tied to a specific agent.

@dusangran @fchollet Busabase doesn't automatically turn every agent output into shared knowledge. You choose what to retain; proposal-only agents submit changes for review. That still needs human judgment. A small project sounds like a good test. What would you want the next agent to reuse? 👀

Thanks for the shout-out! Human-reviewed changes are the part we care most about, so it's nice to see that land. One quick note though: @busabase isn't us. The account to follow is @busabase4agent. And if you're finding us through this post, you can give it a spin at busabase.com. Curious what you'd build. 🙌
