Communication is key, that's how we're going to figure out what customers want. We need that before we can actually determine if the "why" is going to work.
Ask for a favor, but don't undervalue their time by saying 'no big deal'. Instead, acknowledge it's a big ask. Like, "I know this is a lot, but could you leave us a five-star Google Review? #ValueTime #BigAsk #Respect #CommunicationTips #LifeHacks
Owning the situation, even if it's not my fault, gives me power and choices. Handing that control to others limits my possibilities.
The word "just" can often diminish your statements, sound desperate and expose insecurity. Use words with purpose and meaning to maintain their power.
