@seandsweeney This is the beach vacation place for much of the south (AL, TN, KY, GA, etc.). Great place to visit but very busy so book your hotel/airbnb early. Rosemary and Grayton beach are also awesome. The area is a collection of a bunch of small beach towns.

@MultifamilyMad Another likely advantage is a giant balance sheet with no partners. They have the ability to build projects that may have slim returns in the beginning but crush over a long term hold. I worked for a company like this for 6 years. In house everything, no equity partners.
