@StubHub such a scam! The FanProtection Warranty is not honored at all! Never received tickets until months after concert date & they still won't give a refund, despite all of the proof in my emails and on the website! #abuse #illegal #discrimination #ScamAlert @ShieldVoC

@AmazonHelp A return is not good enough... There is no way for me to purchase another item of equal quality, because this item alone is now $70 more than the day I purchased it. That is why I waited until Boxing Day to make the purchase, it was the only way I could afford it.

@amazonca absolutely disgusted by the service I received today. I saved for 6 mths and waited for the Boxing Day sale to purchase a set of pots and pans, within two weeks of using them they are stained after immediate washing. They won't price-match for the deal that I got!

Staind, even though this was washed within 10 minutes of finishing cooking at a medium temperature... This is not a third-party product.

@AmazonHelp How about a manager calls who does NOT hang up on the customer? You are making billions of dollars while preventing frontline workers from getting needed supplies... Do Better! Take responsibility! Stop being MONEY HUNGRY!

@AmazonHelp Wow, even your managers hang up on customers after waiting for almost 24 times longer than the callback was guaranteed to be.

@AmazonHelp The information has been sent, but I think it's totally ridiculous that you don't guarantee contact within anytime short of 12 hours.

@amazonca why are many of your "customer service reps" hanging up instead of providing a manager when it's requested? This is illegal!

@AmazonHelp That's not good enough when it's needed to help struggling communities! Do better Amazon, or are your profits more important? And when your say a manager will call, actually follow through instead of lying.

@AmazonHelp An order was placed on September 9th for 8 items, it was guaranteed to arrive by Nov 26, it hasn't! A refund is not good enough when the items are needed for frontline workers to provide food to discriminated communities. No manager has returned the calls dispute promises.

@AmazonHelp I have called seven times today and every time I either get pushed around from one department to the other or I get hung up on and this is absolutely inappropriate behaviour on top of being wildly illegal after taking someone's money!

@scotiabank how can your "office of the president" treat customers so disgustingly? Let's see how you handle some negative National tv reports, straight from people running nonprofits... We feed the less fortunate, while you treat us all like dogs!
