@HiltonHonors Is this what customers should expect from a night at the Embassy? You are about to lose a tile. Not to mention the room is filthy and smells awful. I had better expectations which is why I paid to stay here.

@SouthwestAir I do appreciate the response, might I offer the simple solution of allowing A-list preferred to board after A1-30. That would be an improvement. It’s never to late to improve. Your faithful client base deserves better. Thank you

@SouthwestAir please stop punishing your best customers by putting them at the end of the A boarding group because we changed our flights. After all, our flights only changed because YOU were delayed. This is no way to treat weekly loyal flyers

@SouthwestAir I cheated on you today with @AmericanAir. I want you to know I’m sorry, it wasn’t worth it, worst decision I ever made. I’ll do anything to get you back. These are my confessions #confessions #usher

@AmericanAir Hold up,I would like to retract my previous statement about great customer service today after sitting on the runway for 30 minutes, and counting, flight attendant comes on to tell people with tight connections that they are going to need to run to their connection

@AmericanAir Great customer service on my flight today, but you can’t expect to lure people away from their regular carrier if every time you connect in Charlotte you are sitting on the runway for 30 minutes to find a gate. #ridiculous

@foxandfriends Can we get some coverage this weekend about how natural gas and coal are going to save millions of lives over Christmas when temperatures plummet across the country? Appreciate it. I’ll hang up and listen…

@Delta it’s not right that I cannot get a refund on a flight I have to miss due to illness. Delta airlines profiting off of these unfortunate times is sad and frustrating. My flight was a fully refundable ticket but because it wasn’t canceled within 24 hours of booking, no refund

@Delta hey Delta, I had to cancel my flight tomorrow because I came up unexpectedly sick. Come to find out you won’t refund my money. Would you prefer I get on the plane and spread something to all of your employees and other passengers? Are you in the habit of profiting of this?

Dear @AmericanAir , I want you to know your gate agent working fight 3219 today needs to be pulled out of service and retrained. She is one of the rudest people I’ve ever seen working in an airport. Unreal
