I never fly @JetBlue and I did last winter. I wouldn’t make the flight from the layover so we canceled it and I have the cancellation email. They’re saying I never canceled it and won’t give me my credit. Wtf I was trying to book this years’ flight with them smh

@buybuyBABY I’m moreso upset with @projectnursery because they can’t verify that I’ve had the unit less than a year with anything except the receipt.

@projectnursery expects people to keep receipts AND call people who purchased from a registry to ask them for the receipt. Then have you get to @buybuyBABY corporate to have them search for a receipt. How can you not tell by the serial number!?! 😡 #upset #inconvenient #dontbuy

@buybuyBABY You all have been more than helpful. Unfortunately, somehow the way it was purchased, it couldn’t be found off the registry 😥.

@projectnursery expects you to reach out to people who gifted you items from your registry for a receipt then call @buybuyBABY corporate to have them search their records to provide the receipt smh. I’ve done all of that! They shouldn’t even carry this product!

I’ve had a terrible experience with my Project Nursery baby monitor. The USB port broke off so now it can’t be charged. I reach out to @projectnursery and they’re asking me for a receipt. I provided pics, video, serial number etc. This was gifted to me on my registry#inconvenient
