Every Canadian deserves to feel safe in their own home. My Bill C-293, the Safe at Home Act, would make violent home invasion a distinct criminal offence, with tougher penalties including a five-year mandatory minimum sentence, a maximum life sentence, and reverse-onus bail.

@ShonnOborowsky @yegwave Funny part about that… They made it illegal to sell tobacco products in the same location as pharmacies. That’s why places like Superstore had to build a separate room/entrance to sell cigs, rather than behind the customer service counter like they used to do it.
