I'm not embarrassed about what Trump said or did at the UN yesterday. I knew that's what he would do given another chance. It's one of the many reasons I voted *against* him. The people who should be embarrassed are the ones who sat on their hands and refused to vote.

Yesterday, during "The Duelists" at the Round Rock Public Library, we asked, "How can one get into a duel?" One young lady, around 8 years old, says: "Two people could disagree, like between chocolate cake or cheesecake." A better reason than a lot of actual duels, in methinks.

Something truly sad I realised today: many of those making life hellish for others seem to think that their own lives are worthless if they cannot feel like, claim that or act as though they are persecuted. Especially when they have *never* been persecuted in any way.
