By this logic, the people who eat the most eggs, should have the most heart disease, right? Nope "Japan is the highest consumer of eggs in the world w/ nearly 1 egg per day per person!" Japan is #181 in the world in death from coronary heart disease, according to WHO (2018).

@CaryKelly11 "to be fair" -- they are like 10,000x more active than the average Westerner with all their daily walking. So even IF there were truth to the "eggs are bad" story, it wouldn't be an accurate reflection if fitness isn't taken into consideration.
