@ScottishPower I am so disappointed in the service I've received after my shower has no power found into it! On Monday my smart meter was installed and now I have no working shower. Ive had no help after calling yesterday. This is not my fault and I need this fixed promptly.

@ScottishPower Yesterday I eventually had my new smart meter installed! This morning I tried to switch on my shower and no power!! SP advised that there's something wrong with my shower. I don think so and i need to call an electrician out. I can't afford this!!

@virginmedia why does virgin media think it's okay to upgrade your package after I hadn't agreed to it. I was to get a call back on Monday which I did but couldn't answer and they decided to just upgraded me anyway. I'm contacting the ombudsmen!!

@British_Airways If anyone is thinking of booking their holiday with British Airways do not bother. I am still waiting on a complaint being settled from last August. Whether it's phone calls or messages through the BA app no-one responds.

If anyone is thinking of booking with British Airways don't bother. I have phoned them again to chase up a case number, where I'm due to get compensation for a disastrous journey from August 2023 and the BA member of staff advised me you can't speak to anyone re complaints!!!!

@ChiswickJim @British_Airways Hi Jim you are not alone. I've been trying to get compensation for 2 cancelled flights on 22nd August and various other problems with the holiday.. it's so frustrating as I can't get a reply from BA.

@British_Airways Is it reasonable to have to wait 4 months for someone to deal with 2 claims and compensation due to our flights being cancelled!! Patience is wearing thin!

@Tapi_Carpets I was about to give this company a large order until my friend had a cheeky, ignorant carpet fitter turn up at her house today refusing to fit the carpets because there was a sofa in each room! I bet if her husband had been thered he wouldn’t have refused to fit!
