@British_Airways can I just say that after multiple cancelled flights, I eventually got to London and missed my connection. You have been superb in looking after me. Harry at missed connections was fantastic arranging me a hotel. This is why I never fly with anyone else! 10/10

Deeply moving. Thank you Jen for sharing your experience. She highlights 30% of 10–19 yr olds that die by suicide, do so without any indication of distress. Our local community is grappling with the loss of a young person in this way. We need to keep talking about this.
